7 STEP HME PROGRAMS

We have both sales and business communications courses focused specifically on associates in the home medical equipment industry with techniques unique to the products and customer types you work with daily.

Our HME 7 Step Sales Training is designed to train managers and sales executives in HME to overcome their sales challenges at every step of the sales process, from initial sales call to generating more patient referrals.
For non-sales associates in HME, we offer an HME Business & Clinical Communication program delivering effective communication techniques for referral upselling. These same techniques are used to get medical documentation quicker, increasing customer satisfaction and cash flow.
The HME Sales and Business Communications courses are delivered in 90 minute online classes and include a complete set of workbooks as well as a Certificate of Excellence for those who earn a 90% or better on their final exam.

SALES PROCESS PROGRAM SPECIFICS:

• 7 - 90 minute high energy and intense educational online classes

• A complete set of course workbooks

• A Certificate of Excellence for all attendees who get a 90% or better on the Sales Excellence, Aptitude and Leadership Final Exam

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be present for 90% of the class. This is achieved through WebEx™ attendance monitoring and attention indicators.

• Passing score of 70% or better will receive a Certificate of Achievement

• Passing score of 90% or better will receive a Certificate of Excellence

• Completion of evaluation tool
